Shipping & Product Policy
Helix Health currently only ships within the United States.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 10:00 a.m. PST are eligible for same business day shipping. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. PST, or on Fridays, weekends, or holidays, will ship on the next business day.
Due to the specialized nature of research-use products and our inability to verify storage, handling, or environmental conditions once delivery has occurred, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted.
Once an order has been completed and payment processed, no changes or modifications can be made.
Approved order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
Products that arrive damaged in transit will be replaced following confirmation.
